TS 16949 : 2002 Quality Systems

Documented processes covering management responsibility, resource management, business development, product realization, measurement and analysis, and continuous improvement ensure that we meet and exceed the requirements of all customers.

Other processes, including Internal Quality Audits, Corrective and Preventive Action, and Customer Satisfaction ensure that our quality management system remains effective and responsive to the changing needs of our customers. Audits by certified third party registrars and customer quality representatives verify that the entire quality management system continues to be effective.

SSI-Sintered Specialties is ISO / TS 16949 : 2002 registered. The set of standards combine existing European catalogs and QS 9000:1998 into common supplier quality system requirements. These will become the global quality standard of the future for all automotive organizations.
